TACT GRIP
Refund Policy
Last Updated: 14 October 2026
OUR COMMITMENT We support refund requests for eligible in-game purchases and other applicable transactions. We aim to handle each request fairly, review the circumstances and process approved refunds promptly. All refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
1 Eligible Refund Requests
You may contact us to request a refund in circumstances including, but not limited to:
▪ A purchase was completed but the purchased digital content was not delivered
▪ A transaction was charged more than once
▪ An unauthorized transaction appears on your payment record
▪ A technical issue prevented the purchased content from functioning as reasonably expected
▪ Purchased digital content has a problem that entitles you to a refund or another remedy under applicable consumer law
▪ Other circumstances in which a refund is appropriate or required by law
We assess each request individually based on the transaction details, the issue reported and any applicable legal requirements.
2 Virtual Items and Digital Content
In-game purchases may include virtual items, resources, upgrades or other digital content intended for use within Tact Grip. Please note that these items and resources:
▪ Have no real-world monetary value
▪ Cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for real-world goods or services
▪ Are intended for use within the game
▪ May be consumed, used or applied during gameplay
The use or consumption of digital content may be relevant when assessing a refund request. However, it does not automatically remove any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
3 Circumstances Affecting Refund Decisions
When reviewing a request, we may consider:
▪ Whether the transaction can be verified
▪ Whether the purchase was completed successfully
▪ Whether the purchased content was delivered or made available
▪ The nature and cause of the reported issue
▪ Whether the content has been used or consumed
▪ Whether the transaction was duplicated or unauthorized
▪ Any relevant payment records, technical logs or supporting information
▪ Applicable legal requirements and consumer rights
PLEASE NOTE A refund may not be available solely because a customer changes their mind after a correctly completed purchase, where a refund is not otherwise required by law or offered under applicable terms. Nothing in this Policy excludes a refund or other remedy where required by law.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team by email. Please include the following information where available:
▪ Your transaction reference or purchase receipt
▪ The date of the transaction
▪ The item or content purchased
▪ A brief explanation of the reason for the request
▪ Relevant screenshots or other supporting information, if helpful
IMPORTANT Please do not send your full payment card number, card security code or account password by email. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction, confirm account ownership or investigate the issue.

5 Review and Processing Time
PROCESSING TARGET Once the necessary information has been provided and the request has been verified and approved, we generally aim to process the refund within seven days.
If further investigation is required, or if information is missing, processing may take longer. Where appropriate, we may contact you to explain the delay or request additional details.
The seven-day period refers to our usual processing target following verification and approval. It does not guarantee that the funds will appear in your account within seven days.
6 Refund Method and Arrival Time
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available or cannot reasonably be used, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative, subject to applicable law.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the original payment channel, payment provider, financial institution and any applicable processing procedures. Once we have initiated a refund, the remaining processing time may be outside our direct control.
If the refund has not appeared after a reasonable period, please contact us with the relevant transaction reference so that we can assist with checking its status.
7 unauthorized and Duplicate Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorisation or that you were charged more than once, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may review transaction records and request information necessary to verify the circumstances. Where appropriate, we may coordinate with the relevant payment service provider to investigate the transaction and determine the available resolution.
8 Purchases Processed Through Other Payment Services
Where a purchase is processed by an independent payment service provider, additional procedures may apply to the refund. We will provide reasonable assistance in identifying the transaction and determining the appropriate refund process. The method and timing of the refund may depend on the payment service involved. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9 Consumer Rights
YOUR RIGHTS Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Depending on the nature of a problem with a digital product or service, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair, re-performance or another remedy required by law. Where a mandatory consumer right applies, it takes precedence over any inconsistent provision of this Policy.
